Insurance Providers
Dr. Vickers and Dr. LaBella are preferred providers with most insurance companies.  Due to numerous new carriers and plans, as well as recent changes in health care coverage, please verify that our providers are contracted with your insurance company so that you receive your maximum coverage benefits.

Referrals
If your insurance company requires a referral to a specialist such as Dr. Vickers or Dr. LaBella, you must first contact your primary care physician and have a referral sent to us.

Co-Payments
Insurance regulations dictate that any co-payments required by your policy must be paid at the time of service.

Patient Billing
Please note that medical insurance plan requirements and benefits change continually.  In addition, each insurance company has many distinct plans.  Despite our best efforts, it is not possible for us to differentiate between each of those plans.  To assure that you will not be left responsible for an unexpected medical expense, we urge you to become familiar with your own insurance plan.
